Rose Cafe is looking for a barista lead/assistant manager; a individual with a passion and love for service, coffee, deliciousness and the hospitality industry. Someone to grow with the new company and strive to meet its goals. Greet and interact with all guest, aid in providing an excellent and positive guest experience Maintain a positive demeanor in a busy environment Multi-tasking, cleaning, and effective communication are requirements Prepare batch brew, and batch teas according to recipes Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings Be able to confidently and accurately communicate product information to guests Preform quality controls/dial in for coffee each day Follow cash handling and cash register procedures Communicate with team members and management to solve problems and improve service Aid in running and bagging food for all guests. Tips will be 60% of daily tips and pooled between all FOH employees!
